Lyorex Inc. operates lyorex.com. This policy describes the information we receive through this website, why we use it, and the services involved.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, organization (if supplied), email address, project type, and message you enter. We use this information to assess and respond to your inquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Civiture updates

If you register your interest in Civiture, we receive the email address you enter and, if supplied, your name and organization. With your consent, we use this to send you updates about Civiture and Lyorex by email. We keep a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and the date and time. Each message will identify Lyorex Inc. and include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time through the contact form.

Form processing and spam prevention

We use Formspark to receive, filter, store, and forward contact form and Civiture registration submissions. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. These providers process information needed to operate their services, such as form content or technical request data, under their own policies.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, such as page visits and referrers. We do not use it to identify individual visitors or track them across other websites. Vercel describes its Web Analytics as cookie-free and based on anonymized data.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry messages in our business inbox and form service for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the inquiry, and maintain relevant business records. You can ask us to review or delete information connected to your inquiry, subject to any records we need to retain for legal or business reasons.

Sharing and location

We share inquiry information with service providers that help operate the site, deliver messages, prevent abuse, and provide hosting or analytics. Formspark stores submission data outside Canada. We do not sell contact form information.

Your choices and questions

You may contact us through the contact form by phone, or by mail to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
